Academic background:

Law degree by the Universitat de Barcelona (1984).

Professional experience and expertise:

Javier is a co-founding partner besides the responsible of the civil and litigation practice of the firm. He focuses on litigation, arbitration of contractual origin, competition and publicity law, insolvency, insurance, transportation, agency and distribution agreements, estates, mortgages regulations and leasings.
Before founding the firm he worked in Garrigues Abogados as responsible of the Litigation Practice in the Barcelona office and before then in the law firm Torralba y Asociados.
He is author of several publications, books and he has been professor in the universities Abad Oliva, Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) and ESADE Ramon Llull.
