AVQ has signed a collaboration agreement with Claudio Doria Tölle,, a lawyer practicing in Spain with more than 30 years of experience in M&A and commercial contracts.

Claudio is particularly active in advising Italian clients in Spain and Spanish clients in Italy, thanks to his close relationship with this country and his knowledge and long experience in the territory.
